SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

Our installers have many years of experience in installing and servicing both our own installations and those of other manufacturers.

We offer the following:

• Service agreements on our installations/other makes in connection with projects
• Review of existing installations
• Service of installations (own brand/other brands)
• Refurbishment of installations (own brand/other brands)
• Replacement of parts only upon agreement
• Impartial advice

Many opt out of service agreements, often because it is “too expensive”. The consequence of this is that when the installation breaks down, it is often at the worst possible time, when the installation ought to perform optimally.

At WINTEC, we always offer service agreements in connection with installing our installations, so it is possible to see the annual costs for operation and ongoing maintenance.

In addition, we offer an extended warranty agreement including all-risk.

WINTEC performs service on all types of sluice, pump, cleaning and hydraulic equipment, both our brand and those of others.

At WINTEC, you get qualified consultancy and spare parts at reasonable prices. Even if your installation is older, it is not always necessary to build a new installation. We provide expert advice on mechanical and electrical/hydraulic upgrades.
